The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) has partnered with TELUS Health to offer the early learning sector a comprehensive modern Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which aims to destigmatise mental health issues and offer a more holistic approach. This partnership means that early learning service providers can support their teams of staff by accessing the ACA/TELUS Health EAP at a fraction of the usual cost.

In addition to professional counselling and therapy services, the EAP includes ongoing proactive health advice – via a range of interactive digital tools such as a mobile app and website resources – with personalised solutions that feature the level of support that individuals are comfortable with, when and how they choose it.
