Early Childhood Educators’ Day is proud to support the Fraser Foundation’s national survey, which is being delivered in partnership with independent research agency McCrindle to capture the experiences, priorities and challenges facing Australia’s early childhood education and care (ECEC) workforce.
Whether you’re an early childhood teacher, educator, assistant, centre director or support staff member, your experience matters. The survey is an opportunity to speak up about what you value most about your work, the pressures you face and the support you believe is needed to strengthen the profession.
The survey takes just 10–15 minutes to complete. It is confidential and anonymous, with all results reported in aggregate.

The findings will be released later this year in a visual report and infographic summary, providing valuable insights into workforce sentiment across the sector.
